General operating funds will help support academic achievement and gang prevention in low-income and at-risk youth. These grant funds will be used to directly pay for financial aid scholarships and help subsidize the costs incurred for providing these programs.

General operating funds will directly support 50 children, and further their goal of supporting 1,000 children in foster care by ensuring they have someone who is solely focused on their well-being.

General operating funds will enable them to provide dream trips for families of children battling cancer and other life threatening illnesses.

Funds will support Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego’s COOK program, providing teens with workforce training and mentorship while delivering hundreds of nutritious meals to children in the community.

Funds will help double paid internships to 14 high school participants, providing more youth with work experience and income while building career skills; enhance curriculum materials; help acquire training equipment for skilled trades learning experiences; and sustain the momentum of their 100% success rate in the inaugural year.
