Funds will enable teens at Kyle’s Place to gain safe housing, counseling, and life-skills training that open doors to brighter futures. It empowers them to move beyond trauma and homelessness, discover their potential, and truly experience life outside the box, restoring what was lost and giving them the chance to grow, dream, and thrive.

Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley

General operating funds will support sourcing an additional 7,000+ pounds of food, allowing them to distribute the equivalent of 6,000+ balanced meals in the community.

El Pasoans Fighting Hunger

General operating funds will allow the food bank to provide 175,000 meals consisting of 210,000 pounds of food.

Community Council of South Central Texas

Funds will create a Kid’s Garden at the Seguin Head Start Center, turning an unused area into a hands-on learning space. The grant will provide materials for garden beds, soil, curriculum, and tools, engaging 46 children and families in growing fresh produce, learning about nutrition, and building pride, curiosity, and connection “outside the box.”

Central Texas Youth Services Bureau

General operating funds will allow Central Texas Youth Services to provide safe shelter, food, clothing, and supportive services for runaway, homeless, and at-risk youth. It will strengthen daily operations, ensure 24-hour care, and help youth gain stability, life skills, and independence — empowering them to build brighter, self-sufficient futures.

Central Texas Food Bank

General operating funds will enable the distribution of 30,000 meals to Central Texans facing hunger, ensuring they have access to nutritious food and a path toward greater stability.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County

Funds will help the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County remove barriers, enhance learning opportunities, and empower youth to achieve their educational goals and reach their full potential.

Books Are Gems

Funds will enable Books Are Gems to expand the Storytime Magic and Legal Literacy for Kids programs, both in person and virtually, providing over 2,500 free books and engaging more than 1,200 children in bilingual reading and civic story sessions that inspire imagination, learning, and life “outside the box.”
